Offer – CNC machining

CNC machining by our company includes all types of steels, brass, copper, aluminum and other materials. We also specialise in iron cast machining (including both grey and spheroidal graphite iron), aluminum and bronze.

Our CNC machinery includes lathes equipped with automatic bar feeder (up to 1200 mm in length), the maximum diameter of the bars that we can spindle is 90mm. The maximum lathing diameter is 660mm and the maximum length is 1518mm. Our machinery includes coutnerspindles as well as spindle indexation which makes it possible to machine ready details at a single start (each machine tool consists of both lathe nad milling machine).

For mass production we have bought an axial machine of the maximum lathing diameter 38mm, which can operate 10 axes. It works with the automatic bar feeder of up to 3000 mm in length.

Apart from 3 and 4 – axial vertical milling machines we are in possession of 5 – axial machine of the maximum spindle rotation speed of 12000 rotatious per minute. The above CNC machines as well as a great variety of conventional machine tools enable us to meet any obligations from our customers and complete them according to detailed schedules.

Our complex customer service includes small scale welding work.
We can also deliver ready – made details with galvanized or spraying coating.
